The South Dakota Automobile Dealers Association (SDADA) is the statewide trade association for franchised automobile dealerships. The association was founded in 1918 and incorporated in 1949. Today, the association represents new car, heavy duty truck, rv, powersport and non-franchised dealers throughout the state.
Mission Statement
The South Dakota Auto Dealers Association (SDADA) advocates for fair competition, protects automobile, Powersports, recreational vehicle and heavy-duty trucker dealers from unfair manufacturer practices, and works with policymakers to reduce unnecessary regulatory burdens. Our mission is to ensure competition happens on fair terms, safeguard consumer rights, keep investment local-strengthen business, and deliver lasting value for South Dakota consumers.
